What kind of bobby pin person are you?
a) I have a nice tidy spot for them
b) there is a general place I keep them
c) I'm lucky if they make it into the same general place at the end of the day
d) It's like a scavenger hunt looking for them every day
I'm b, c, and sometimes d. At the end of the day, or middle of the day, for some reason or another (a child or myself) the bobby pins will exit my hair. Sometimes my husband will find the and threaten to throw them away. Or they're just left there and the vacuum finds them.
If I make it to the end of the day with bobby pins still intact, I give myself a pat on the back and they go into their container in the drawer.
But not anymore. I know have two magnetic bowls for them to get thrown into. One is one fridge and the other in my bathroom drawer.
This is great because now my husband can easily place them somewhere (which is important to me for him to know where something of mine goes-otherwise there ends up with a big pile of my stuff on my craft desk at the end of the day, I now I should have just put it away, but you know...)
The fridge is great when I'm being lazy and don't want to run up stairs
Did I mention these are magnetic bowls? Yep, totally awesome. And SOOO easy and affordable to make.
