Last month, I helped my mom throw a baby shower for my two sisters who were due a month apart from each other. As I write this, today was the due date for my older sister, but she was lucky to have her baby a week early.
We had the shower at my moms house and she has such colorful walls and beautiful things that we kept the decorations simple but bright and colorful. I really loved the tissue paper fans and honey comb tissue balls against the peach walls. I've decided that I will get those for every party I do (which isn't many) because they add so much color and texture and are SO easy to put up.
I also got a pom pom maker for the first time ever (it was only like $6!!) I have no idea why I have never gotten one before! I usually have used a fork or homemade cardboard box maker. Both totally work, but for $6 the pom pom maker is so much quicker and makes amazing pom poms. Seriously, if you want more pom poms in your life, go get one now!
