I absolutely love this time of year. I think many believe that Thanksgiving is forgotten and overlooked, but I feel that Christmas and Thanksgiving go hand in hand. Thanksgiving prepares us for the Christmas Season and Christmas wouldn't be the same without Thanksgiving before hand.
Ages ago I bought a 8x8 wood circle plaque to use for something, but the project got delayed and forgotten. As I was going through it, I suddenly came up with the idea of making gather sign using ultra honey contact paper (did you know contact paper these days comes in TONS of different, fun patterns???). I put Silent Night Lyrics on the other side see HERE
I used contact paper vinyl and cut my design out on my silhouette using design #69032 and for the words I used the font lilly belle. I love how it looks like real wood without all the messiness of actual staining.
