I love color, but I also love the simplicity of white and stained wood decoration. So in order to add some color to our home, I like to add a few home accessories that are colorful. I've been wanting to make a wood bead garland for a while and finally did but I decided to paint some of the beads. Actually I stained some and then color blocked painted others. It was really easy to make, but I must admit, it took longer than expected. But I LOVE how they turned out and I love the little pop of color that it adds to the space.
