Like many people, I have become obsessed with Scandinavian Christmas decoration. The simplicity of it is so beautiful to me. I had lots of greenery left over last year and some clear ornaments and had to give the idea a try of adding some greenery inside.

The effect is so subtle but very pretty. Of course, I used faux greenery so that it wouldn't die and so they will last year by year. These minimalist ornaments are easy to make in less than 5 minutes! they'd even be great to do with kids.

Supplies:

Step One

Cut your branches to just a little bit bigger than the actual ornaments themselves. Then carefully push them inside the clear ornament bulbs. Place ornament caps back on

Step Two

Add twine or string to your ornament tops.

And that's it! Your pretty DIY filled ornaments are now ready to be hung. Add them to your Christmas tree or hang them throughout your house for a fun and fresh holiday touch.
I really love the simplicity and freshness of these ornaments. You could even add little animals or fake snow to make it even more enchanting.
