It is very modern and simple, but still very cheery and festive for the season. The letters are white and bright, just as the sign says. I've used heat transfer vinyl on before on these Geometric Scandinavian Ornaments and these hand lettered ornaments

Wood Christmas Sign Merry and Bright with Heat Transfer Vinyl

• Unfinished Wood Plaque
• White Heat Transfer Vinyl
• Wood Stain
• Merry & Bright SVG File 

Step 1. 

First, pick out your desired stain color (or even a dark paint color) and stain your wood plaque. Let it dry for the designated time as listed on your stain instructions.

Step 2.

 Download the "Merry & Bright" file and plan your phrase to fit your wood plaque. You can always move the words around so you use less vinyl. Once you have it just right, mirror, cut out and weed.  Then, carefully iron your phrase onto the plaque.

Step 3. 

Place in your favorite spot, and you're done!
I seriously LOVE how this sign turned out! I also love styling it next to bottle brush Christmas trees to tie in a pop of neutral color.
